Straightening your teeth can impact both your smile’s appearance as well as your overall oral health. While most of us tend to think of braces for aesthetic purposes, correcting the alignment of your teeth can significantly reduce the risk of problems like cavities, gum disease, TMJ disorder, and worn teeth.
Fortunately, families can access convenient and comprehensive orthodontic care at our established community practice. There’s no need to refer you elsewhere.
By aligning your teeth properly and improving the way they bite together, we can reduce excessive wear to your smile or strain on your jaw joints. Investing in braces is a smart way to protect the future of your oral health.
We offer two types of braces in our practice: traditional fixed orthodontics and removable aligners. Most of our conventional braces patients are teens who require moderate to complex treatment or adults in need of a short-term aesthetic alignment.
Compared to traditional braces, our modern designs feature smaller brackets that are more comfortable to wear.
Wearing braces is an extremely unique situation for each of our patients. During your initial evaluation, we will discuss what aspects of your smile are to be addressed and approximately how long it will take to safely realign your teeth. Moving your teeth too quickly could cause damage. Fortunately, you’ll have an estimated timeframe of what to expect during your orthodontic consultation.
