She began her journey of becoming a dentist in 2000. Although her father was a medical specialist and she was initially drawn to medicine, the idea of empowering someone through the ability to improve their smile and self-confidence was what ultimately attracted her to dentistry.

She completed her bachelors in India and received a master’s degree to become a children’s dental specialist. When she decided to move to Australia, Dr Manu completed the necessary license exams to become a family practitioner and member of the Australian Dental Association. Currently, she is working on her master’s in Aesthetic Dentistry at the University of Manchester. Outside of work, Dr Manu enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

Dr Paul’s major interest is in Wisdom Teeth Removal, Oral Surgery, and Bone Grafting. Dr Paul is a lecturer at the University of Melbourne, and is passionate about ongoing dental education. He enjoys bringing what he has learned to improve the dental health of Croydon locals. Dr Paul believes it’s very satisfying bringing the latest research to practice and it’s one of the things that helps makes Smile Crew a unique and caring dental practice in Croydon. Outside of work Dr Paul enjoys travel whenever his busy schedule allows.

Dr. Sreeja is passionate about providing the most gentle and best care possible for her patients, and helping them achieve their smile goals. Dr Sreeja always goes the extra mile for her patients to ensure they are well looked after and have a great smile for life. Dr Sreeja enjoys treating all patients, but is especially interested in providing targeted care for young children to make sure their first dental experience is a positive one. Outside of work, Dr Sreeja loves spending time with her family and her pets, and she also enjoys traveling.

Melanie has spent many years working in various areas of the dental field. She is well versed in many different areas of dentistry, and enjoys working with the team, liaising with them and Smile Crew’s valued patients to ensure the best possible overall patient care and experience. Outside of work, Melanie enjoys traveling, entertaining at home, and dining out.

Hayley is passionate about dentistry and she will make sure your dental journey is an enjoyable one. Her enthusiasm and professionalism make her a valued team member. Hayley has acquired a large range of skills in all dental procedures, as well as learning how to cater to each individual patient’s needs. Outside of work, Hayley enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and loves time at the beach when the weather permits.

Heather is passionate about oral health and has devoted many years to helping patients have a great dental experience each time they visit. She has a great sense of humour and loves being a part of each patient’s journey. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves entertaining.
